About Ready, Set, RELAX

Ready, Set, RELAX was established in 1988 with a mission at the time to provide relaxation tapes to enhance achievement. Dr. Roger Klein, Psy.D and Nancy Klein, MA wrote and produced the CD entitled Relaxation & Success Imagery.

 

This project resulted in a desire to help children cope with stress and led to a two-year research project measuring the effects of teaching children imagery, positive self-talk and relaxation strategies.

Jeff Allen, M.Ed. and Vicki Allen, MA became partners in Inner Coaching in 1992 and along with Roger and Nancy helped write and publish the book, Ready, Set, RELAX for children and RELAX.calm for teens.

 

Nancy Klein, MA developed resources to help sick and hospitalized children called Healing Images.
